The official state religion of the Kingdom of Eyehasseen is Roman Catholicism. While reasonable Catholics may differ on the impact the current papacy has on the faith – and you can count the monarchy as one among many who perceive a negative impact – we are not sedevacantists and we continue to be loyal followers of Rome and the teaching authority of the Magisterium of the Holy Roman Catholic Church. We espouse the Apostles Creed in full and without reservation or apology:
I believe in God,
the Father almighty,
Creator of heaven and earth,
and in Jesus Christ, his only Son, our Lord,
who was conceived by the Holy Spirit,
born of the Virgin Mary,
suffered under Pontius Pilate,
was crucified, died and was buried;
he descended into hell;
on the third day he rose again from the dead;
he ascended into heaven,
and is seated at the right hand of God the Father almighty;
from there he will come to judge the living and the dead.
I believe in the Holy Spirit,
the holy catholic Church,
the communion of saints,
the forgiveness of sins,
the resurrection of the body,
and life everlasting.
Our faith is expressed most fully though the Catechism of the Catholic Church.
While we believe that all forms of Protestantism are forms, more or less, of heresy, we express no judgment on the sanctity of the souls of those who follow Christ in those forms. We support our brothers and sisters in Christ to continue to follow Him, and pray that they may follow Him most fully in the Church He established on this earth.
